WebCenter Content (WCC) Server is Not able to Handle Email Content with the Same Email Subject (Doc ID 1291312.1)

Symptoms

Email messages with duplicate titles do not successfully check-into the WCC server via Outlook Integration (OI) with Desktop Integration Suite (DIS).  

• Error stating that the  file already exists.  
• Checking-in email content with different email subjects is successful however.

The steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Select 2 or 3 email items with the same subject
2. Drag and drop them to a target folder without meta prompt

Error occurs, file already exists.  The content server logs may show the following error as well.
