BatchFTPOverSSL eWay fails when authenticating FTP server with 'subject[CN=] does not match ftp server'

The BatchFTPOverSSL eWay fails to connect to FTP Server with errors:
'Error when authenticate FTP server, subject in the server certificate is empty or can not get ftp server name from configuration, subject[CN=<Your CN>] does not match ftp server[<Your Server>]
msg=Handshake failed. Cannot conclude ssl handshake. Cause: com.ibm.jsse2.util.h: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.'
