Symptoms

Problem of WebLogic Server datasource using Oracle RAC URL throwing "java.sql.SQLRecoverableException" exception during startup was reported. When the creating datasource connection test succeeded, this exception is thrown during the server startup and datasource intialization failed.

Below is the JDBC RAC connection URL used in datasource for connecting to Oracle RAC DB.
