User Admin Applet Hangs During The Creation Of A Local User (Doc ID 1292457.1)

Symptoms

On 10g clustered Content Server has been configured in order to delegate security to Active Directory, where roles and accounts are mapped there. Then during the creation of local users, the User admin applet hangs for approximately 10 or more minutes, but the user is eventually created.  In addition, when an Active Directory user logs in for the first time, it takes approximately 10 or more minutes for the login to occur and the following error appears in the content server log files.
