OAM 10g: Webgate Diagnostic Page shows AS as down (Doc ID 1292508.1)

Symptoms

When checking the status through webgate diagnostic URL, the status of Access Server is always down, even though there is no communication error.

Status check of the same Access Server from Access System Console is okay, showing Access Server is up.

Changes

Updated number of connections to each Access Server.
