User receives an error when logging to UCM via Managed Attachments in EBS
User '<user name>' does not have sufficient access privileges to perform this operation.
Access privileges may have expired, requiring the user to re-select Managed Attachments
from the Oracle E-Business Suite Zoom Menu. "
