Symptoms

When applying OID 10.1.4.3 CPU patch (Oct 2010) a conflict arises with patch 7711351.

If you continue, patch(es) 7711351, will be rolled back and the
new patch (9679955) will be installed.

Note: If the patch currently being installed (9679955) is rolled back,
it is recommended that the fixes being rolled back here (7711351, ) are reinstalled.



If a merge of the new patch (9679955) and the conflicting patch(es)
7711351, is required, contact Oracle Support Services and request
a Merged patch.

If the installer is allowed to roll back patch 7711351 and, after installing CPU patch, a reinstallation of patch 7711351 is attempted, the reverse happens and CPU patch is then rolled back.

If you continue, patch(es) 9679955, will be rolled back and the
