Information in this document applies to any platform.
After selecting the 'Cancel' button from the Single Sign-On Logon Page, the user is prompted to provide details for file download when using the Internet Explorer (IE) browser.
This happens in Internet Explorer 8. However, the 'Cancel' button works successfully with Firefox.
