The goal of this document is to demonstrate how to replicate a table with goldengate that has one or more encrypted columns. The table might not have PK or Unique key or the encrypted column might be part of existing key.
This document will not describe the process of installing/configuring the goldengate. Also it will not cover all the tests against those tables. In case of use any of those workarounds the application and all functionalities should be tested thoroughly. We will not cover the initial loading nor aspects of TDE.
