LDAP Requests With "SORT" In Access Logs Show As Unindexed (notes=U)

A search done against a DSEE backend with server side sort requested results in notes=U
This will show in the logs as something like this- the key item below is the "SORT" below.

[14/Feb/2011:15:29:39 -0800] conn=27 op=0 msgId=1 - RESULT err=0 tag=101 nentries=4 etime=0 notes=U
[14/Feb/2011:15:29:39 -0800] conn=27 op=1 msgId=2 - UNBIND
