SAF Configuration Problem Under High Load Conditions

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A SAF agent, targeted on a WLS 10.3.0 cluster (with OSB 10.3.1), is configured to forward messages to a Distributed Queue on WLS 10.3.3 domain (distributed on cluster).
When one member of the destination is shut down, under high load conditions, the SAF Agent stops to forward messages to the other instances.
After enabling JMS debug flags, the following messages were collected:
