Error 1326 When Adding A Package Attachment Through The IPM Web Client (Doc ID 1296937.1)

When adding a package attachment using the IPM Web client, the following error is received:

Error 1326 description: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password

This error does not occur using the IBPMExpress client or the IPM Production client.
