Symptoms

When attempting to start the in-process Reports Server the following error occurs.

REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server <in-process_repserver_name> failed to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/RWException:1.0

And

Enabling Tracing In The Server Trace it is Found:

Changes

Added to the in-process configuration file (rwserver.conf) the sections jobRepository and jobStatusRepository
