Goal

How to include the JDBC database user credentials stored in the JDeveloper workspace to the deployed Swing ADF application to be run outside the JDeveloper IDE.

If these steps are not followed, at runtime the application may encounter:

oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26061: Error while opening JDBC connection.

caused by:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied
