Symptoms

Instance will not start and generates the following error:

[07/Nov/2011:15:48:55 -0500] - ERROR<5253> - Bootstrap config - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Configuration error /ldap/server52/slapd-Config/config/dse.ldif: nsslapd-maxdescriptors: nsslapd-maxdescriptors: invalid value 65536, maximum file descriptors must range from 1 to 4096 (the current process limit)
