Symptoms

Configuration::

On : Ptools 8.51 with Tuxedo 10.3.0 version

When attempting to boot PeopleSoft servers the following errors occur:

201319.TuxHostName!PSBRKDSP.13254.2882834832.-2: LIBTUX_CAT:681: ERROR: Failure to create message queue
201319.TuxHostName!PSBRKDSP.13254.2882834832.-2: LIBTUX_CAT:248: ERROR: System init function failed, Uunixerr = : msgget: No such file or directory
201319.TuxHostName!tmboot.13228.530283616.-2: CMDTUX_CAT:825: ERROR: Process PSBRKDSP at TuxHostName failed with /T tperrno (TPEOS - operating system error)
201319.TuxHostName!tmboot.13228.530283616.-2: tmboot: CMDTUX_CAT:827: ERROR: Fatal error encountered; initiating user error handler
201323.TuxHostName!BBL.13225.2920882592.0: CMDTUX_CAT:26: INFO: The BBL is exiting system
