Problem While Installing The Webgate (Doc ID 1299066.1)

Symptoms

OS Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5 64 bit
Web Server 32-bit OHS 10.1.3.x (based on Apache v2.0.x)
webgate package that used is Oracle_Access_Manager10_1_4_3_0_linux_OHS2_WebGate

When supplying the WebGate ID field, specify the unique ID that identifies the WebGate, WEBGATE_02, the installer aborts instantly.

After cleaning up the failed install and trying again, the following error is seen:
Installing Oracle Access Manager 10.1.4.3.0 WebGate...wait.

Changing file ownership permissions ...
The installer can not change the directory permission for the owner and
specified group. Run
/u01/app/oracle/product/AS_10.1.3/HTTP_2.0/webgate/access/oblix/tools/setup/InstallTools/obchange_permission
oracle:oinstall /u01/app/oracle/product/AS_10.1.3/HTTP_2.0/webgate/access
manually before continuing.
