After a controlled reboot of the e*Gate server, none of the inbound/outbound components are processing events, even though all the components (eWays, BOB's and IQ Managers) have started successfully.

As a result of this, no data is flowing into e*Gate schema and no data is going out leading to complete loss of functionality.

Normally, when the system is rebooted all the modules are supposed to come up and the interfaces should process events normally.
