After migration to OBPM 10.3.2 some database datatypes are still DATE (Doc ID 1299404.1)

Symptoms

The BPM 10.3.2 changed the type of time columns in the Oracle database from DATE  to TIMESTAMP
However, even after applying the scripts available in migration folder 1031 to 1032, the engine schema
PNOTIF table has a DATE datatype for column 'RECEIVETIME'

Similar, the directory schema FUEGO_OBJCLASSINST table has DATE datatype for the columns FUEGO_MOTIME and FUEGO_CRTIME.
