Applying OAM 11g R1 BP01 Breaks Migrated OSSO Partner Applications (Doc ID 1300354.1)

Symptoms

Migrated Oracle Single Sign-On 10g (OSSO 10.1.4.3) to Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.1.3). All OSSO partner applications worked as expected.

Applied OAM 11g BP01, now when accessing an OSSO partner application instead of being redirected to an OAM login, an error message is displayed:
