ADF Faces 11.1.1.4.0: InputListOfValues Throws NullPointerException When Clicked Second Time (Doc ID 1301036.1)

Symptoms

In JDeveloper 11.1.1.4.0, when opening a list of values a second time, you get a
NullPointerException as detailed below.
This happens for Read-Only View Objects.
The same page was working correctly in JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0
