WWC-43339 When Trying to Register a WSRP Provider (Doc ID 1301333.1)

Symptoms

When trying to register a WSRP Provider in Portal 11g using a HTTPS URL, the following error shows up:

Unexpected error - User-Defined Exception (WWC-35000)
Unexpected error - User-Defined Exception (WWC-35000)
Analysis of the WSDL failed. (WWC-43339)
Unexpected error - ORA-29273: HTTP request failed

Portal is configured for SSL and the following extra steps have been done, with the exception of step 2:
