Domain Controller With AD Password Filter Crashes When Adding Exchange Mailbox (Doc ID 1301732.1)

Symptoms


When a new exchange mailbox was added on the Domain Controller where AD password filter is installed, the Domain Controller crashes and only recovers by renaming the oraidmpwf10.dll.
The issue always occurs.

The following events are logged in the system event log:
Event ID: XXXX
Application popup: System Shutdown : The system is shutting down.
Please save all work in progress and log off.
Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
Shutdown will begin in 56 seconds.
Shutdown message: The system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819.
The system will now shut down and restart.
