Symptoms
Version Effected : WebCenter 11.1.1.2.0 version.
A user can see the page which is hidden.
The issue can be reproduced following these steps:
1) Create a space with Home, Discussions, and Announcements. Log out.
2) Login as a different user (UserA) and that user can see the space and the Home page.
3) Login as the space owner and hide the Home page.
4) Login with UserA again. The user can still see the Home Page.
5) Login with a different user (UserB) for the first time. This user does not see the home page.
