Verifier crashes when attempting to open a batch with the following error:

Error Signature:
AppName: driver.exe AppVer 4.1.0.4157 ModName: CdrVer.dll ModVer: 4.1.0.4138

Error occurred after applying Oracle Forms Recognition patch 11813845.

Additional errors included the failure to register many of the Cedar components as indicated by the InstallationHistory.log file.
