How To Resubmit Items for Conversion When They Are in the Processing State (Doc ID 1302391.1)

Usually when items fail going through an Inbound Refinery (IBR) process and remain in the GenWWW status, such as doing PDF conversions, they can be resubmitted to go through the conversion again.

However, the Conversion Status of the items may be set as Processing which will not allow the items to be resubmitted.

This can be seen when attempting the resubmit the content item in the Repository Manager. When the item is selected for resubmit, a pop up window will show the Conversion status as Processing. After that another pop window will appear stating

This How To note will explain the procedure to clear the Processing state so that the items can be resubmitted. This applies to 10g Content Server and 11g UCM.
