Arabic Email Corrupted When Using The Send Link By Email Option (Doc ID 1302434.1)

Symptoms

Using Content Server 11.1.1.3

When a user has configured the Content Server web interface in Arabic locale, selecting the 'Send link by e-mail' action for a document, an email is created in Outlook containing corrupt Arabic text.

The Arabic text that is added to the email contains mixed Arabic and ASCII characters : one Arabic character (usually the same) followed by an ASCII character.
