HTTP2205 Error Message Is Observed When Accessing ACL Screen On Oracle iPlanet Web Proxy Server Admin GUI

Symptoms
On : 4.0 version, Administration GUI,
When attempting to change access control ACL in Admin GUI,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

[02/Mar/2011:17:33:31] config ( 1075): for host <HOST_IP>
trying to HEAD /proxy-test4/bin/AclApplet.class,
handle-processed reports: HTTP2205: The request method is not applicable
to the requested resource.

to the requested resource.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to web proxy server Admin Server
2. select [Servers]tab -> [Manage Server]button -> Instance
3. select [Preferences]tab -> [Administer Access Control] button
4. click [Edit] button of "Select A Resource:"
5. you can see following message in admin server errors log
