Purpose
Oracle Service Bus uses Coherence for result set caching for its business services, i.e. when calling an external system, the result can be configured to be cached by Coherence and re-used if the same call is issued again. A time to live for cached results is configurable.This document gives information about Best Practices that will help to plan and implement Coherence in an Oracle Service Bus 11g environment.
