Unable to Access ModPlsql Application Using Fusion Middleware HTTP Server 11g (Doc ID 1302863.1)

Symptoms

In Fusion Middleware 11g, created a DAD in INSTANCE_HOME/config/OHS/ohs1/mod_plsql/dads.conf restart the http server and try to access the url, "http://hostname:port/pls/dad/procedure", you receive an HTTP 404 error:


So it appears that the request is looking for the /pls folder under the DocumentRoot location instead of via the DAD created in the dads.conf
