The iPlanet Web Server instance is configured to run on port 80 as a non-root user, for example webservd, and the iPlanet Web Admin Server is configured to run on any port as the same user.

When trying to use either the Admin GUI or the CLI (when logged in as the web server running user) to start the iPlanet Web Server instance, the error 'Error creating socket (No access rights)' is returned and the Web Server instance is not started.
