On : 4.0.x version, Web Proxy Server hangs occasionally with following errors:
[16/Mar/2011:18:05:24] failure (13723): for host <IP> trying to CONNECT connect://<website>:443, service-connect reports: unable to contact <website>:443 (Reached maximum of 1 connections to da.keytrust.com.au:443)
