Access Server Error Significance...CONNECTIVITY WARNING BOGUS MESSAGE (Doc ID 1303764.1)

Goal

Performing an RCA for a client on an a major Oracle Access Manager 10g (OAM 10.1.4.3) outage. Could you please provide additional information on the significance of the following access server error message:
2010/12/13@19:54:58.270000 2280 3432 CONNECTIVITY WARNING 0x00002102 \Oblix\oam\palantir\netlib\src\obmessagechannel.cpp:447 "CONNECTIVITY WARNING " emsg_str^BOGUS MESSAGE, length = 30394190 "40 Bytes of recieved buffer"^40 Bytes of recieved buffer convBuf^01FFFF4E00000000001672693D534449442533644F424175746F53534F5F32303032303531375432

There are a few hundred lines of these messages occurring in slightly less than a 10 minute span. These messages appears to coincide with the start of the outage but can't find any reference on My Oracle Support, Oracle forums or the web in regards to this message.
