Within RTS, the "Golden Key" does not appear after starting the console. This is an indication that the service is unable to process batches. Examination of the H_Log showed the following error:
Shared license file is currently unavailable or invalid. Please check whether the license server is operational
System had been upgraded with Forms Recognition Patch p11813845_101350. The error appeared immediately after.
