IBR Inbound Refinery Files Fail to Convert When Using Microsoft Office to do the Conversion

The IBR Inbound Refinery is configured to do PDF conversions using Microsoft Office. Some files may fail to conversion process and will eventually timeout.

The error shown on the Refinery conversion status is:

Step MSOfficeToPostscript forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: 'Step was timed out by Inbound Refinery.'.

A System Audit refinery trace will show an error such as like this:

(internal) 03.09 12:15:29.296 MonitorPreconverterQueue[ucm10g_2] !csResourceUtilsNoFile,C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\DocConverterResults.hda\\c:\\oracle\\ibr10g\\vault\\~convert\\ucm10g_2\\41-exception stack intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csResourceUtilsNoFile,C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\DocConverterResults.hda\\c:\\oracle\\ibr10g\\vault\\~convert\\ucm10g_2\\41 at intradoc.resource.ResourceUtils.serializeDataBinderWithEncoding(ResourceUtils.java:178)

This error will repeat until the conversion times out.
