GlassFish Server 9.0 HTTP Does Not Respond/Hung But Admin Console HTTP Port Accessible (Doc ID 1304360.1)

Symptoms

The GlassFish Server 9.0 (b48) FCS stops responding to HTTP requests.  Connections to the HTTP listener port do not respond.  However, the administration console HTTP port is still accessible and can still be used to administer the server instance.  This problem happens some minutes after the instance is started and is not deterministic.

Changes

This problem might happen if there is high enough load.
