Symptoms
After configuring LDAP security within Imaging, the Input Agent no longer processes files, and the following errors are reported in the logs:
oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-00787: A repository error occurred.
faultType: SYSTEM
faultDetails:
ErrorCode = oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException, ErrorMessage = Cannot retrieve imaging role users. Must be an Imaging Administrator to perform this service.
