One of the following messages is intermittently received by Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Metadata Navigator:

The database hosting the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Repositories has been restarted, but not the Application Server (WebLogicServer, Tomcat...) on which the ODI Metadata Navigator application is deployed.
