Weblogic Managed Server Not Starting After Export On An Other Machine (Doc ID 1304423.1)

Symptoms

On WebLogic Server, version 10.0.1; when attempting to start a managed server that was configured using pack and unpack, the following error occurs.

Changes

A domain with one Admin Server and one managed server was created on one machine. Over time, both the Admin Server and managed server were patched-up with Smart Update. A new machine was configured with WebLogic Server, and the managed server was replicated on the new machine with pack and unpack commands.
