Unmarshal exception when HL7 message contains special characters - U+FFFD, not encodable (Doc ID 1305164.1)

Symptoms

Using TCP/IP HL7 Adapter,  when attempting to unmarshal special chars like the registered symbol (0xAE),
the following error occurs:

<>Unmarshal exception: char#566 = U+FFFD, not encodable

Due to this issue, the special character will be output as question mark "?".
