Only Odd Pages are Printing When Logical Page > Physical Page (Doc ID 130638.1)

Goal

You have a report designed to have each logical page larger than the physical page.

For example, each logical page is 1 physical page width and 2 physical page height.

When you run the report, you can see all report pages correctly in the Previewer.
When you generate to file, you can also get all report pages.
When you print the report to the printer, you get only the odd pages of the report, i.e. page 1, 3, 5, etc.
