Not Able To Restart The Managed Server After Changing The Admin Server Password

After changing the password of an Admin user, you are not able to start one of your managed servers through the Node Manager.
If you change the Admin User password and then try to reboot the servers from the Node Manager the issue might occur. You get the following exception in the managed server log:
