Task Flows are not Visible from the Resource Catalog (Doc ID 1308205.1)

The taskflows and data controls must be created before access the resource catalog.

In Webcenter PS3, you are able to create those taskflows and data Controls at runtime.  For example, you can create a data control using SQL or a webservice, and add this data control into a custom taskflow (created at runtime) and use a Mashup Style to render it.
