The CAPS Repository does not start as a Windows Service.

The Repository can however be started from a Console window/Windows Command prompt.

After failing to start as a service, the Windows Event Log contains the following events  :

- The repository1 service has started.
- The LoadLibrary function failed for the following reason: The specified module could not be found.
- Could not load the Java Virtual Machine.
- The repository1 service failed to start.

A similar issue can occur when attempting to start the Enterprise Manager as Windows Service, the error is:

"Window could not start the Sun SeeBeyond Enterprise Manager 6.2.0(15000) on Local Computer... and refer to service-specific code error 0."
