Information in this document applies to any platform.

Starting with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g, you can enable different loggers, and set the related log level.

ODI Administrator / Developer can enable the logging or set a verbose level investigating different kind of issues or simply monitoring the system.

Note: Verbose logging may slow down ODI, as it requires writing log messages to disk.
