Trying to upgrade UCM to as part of a WebCenter Upgrade:

Following steps have been performed:

  1. Installed UCM
  2. Running the Upgrade Assistant : ua

Upgrade Assistant fails during Examination in step 6 of 9:

Examination failed for Oracle Universal Content Management, and following error is logged in the upgrade assistant log file:
