Related Content Unlink Error Occurs when Related Content Component is Installed Alone (Doc ID 1309686.1)

Symptoms

Testcase:

1) Install 11g UCM
2) Install/enable Related Content, but do NOT install URM.
3) Link a content item from the content actions menu
4) Search for the content and then from Actions Menu - Add Link - Renditions - <related content shows up> - Actions - Unlink
5) Observe Javascript error
