Symptoms
Within a process map, after deleting a specific queue, (for example Event_3), and then Applying the process successfully, the queue still resides in the WF_QDEF and WF_Event tables. The delete column shows a 1, which means it has been deleted.
Within the client, the queue is still present in the package manager tool. Why is this?
