DB Connectivity Issues Showing Exceptions "[NEON][JDBC] Can't load, file not found" (Doc ID 1310263.1)

On : 9.2 version, WLS Datasource

After updating to latest version of JRockit., on a deployed application it's showing the following error messages:

Applications that use Datasource csp-gdi-pool are not able to retrieve information from the database.
