JRockit R28.0 throws Exception "org.apache.wicket.WicketRuntimeException: Model object must be Serializable" when Runninng Applications

When running JEE application in Oracle Weblogic Server using Oracle JRockig R28.0 as the underlying JVM, the application reports following kind of Serialization exceptions:

Caused by: org.apache.wicket.WicketRuntimeException: Model object must be Serializable
at org.apache.wicket.model.Model.setObject(Model.java:248)

Installed WLS Server with JRockit R28.0 or upgraded the WLS current environment to use JRockit R28.0
